As much as I'd love to say it, just one bit of advice isn't a do-it-all. However, there is an option. There is such a thing as a "success consciousness." To put it simply, if you believe it, you can achieve it. Keep yourself in a positive mindset. I certainly learned to do so after certain events in my life. This was an interesting ask to say the least, but...

No one is making you participate in this event, anon. If it isn’t your cup of tea, you’re more than allowed to sit it out. It’s not something we’ve done multiple times, either -- in fact, we’ve done it once and that was eight months ago. It’s also something that a good portion of our members agreed upon and wanted, so we made it happen! If you have ideas for future events, feel free to send them to us. We’re happy to consider everything!

None of the face claims in our group are deceased? And we state in our rules that we don’t allow dead faces to be used, anyway. I’m not sure whom you’re referring to here, anon!
