Listen it was definitely a mistake to sign up for FFF when I knew I was gunna be busy on top of other collabs and just the stress of work.

Trying to balance relationships as well just, uh, never works out for me well.

That guilt you get when you say you are gunna do something and KNOW you are have to do the something has kicked my @ss so bad I'm like 7 days behind I swear.

I'll eventually complete them, since I have several STARTED just not finished. On top of that I've been pulled thin in many directions and it's taking everything in me to want to write when my free time is usually just used trying to recoup from my work burn out.

I'll get there guys, promise, but this is my psa not to expect FFF from me and I'm not doing the hottest mentally or physically lol. But all your love and support is not unnoticed and VERY appreciated <3 I am still very much alive [unfortunately]

Thats very triggering to me and it pisses me off that people dont put warnings like that for people.

Alright Listen Up Homies

Howwwwwwwwww tf do we have over 3200 of you guys seriously super blessed like how does this even happen tf and YET we are hardly active on this blog?

Yes yes yesssss we know we have a handful of requests in our inbox, and life hasn’t exactly been the nicest to us as writers at the moment. But we are not just writers! We are also *gasp* FANS OF HAIKYUU WHO LOVE TALKING ABOUT HAIKYUU THINGS OR JUST LIFE IN GENERAL!

Ahem~ so if any Of you followers read this I’d like some advice. How can we keep this blog active with your interests even if we aren’t always writing? We get all of these requests and want to get them out to you, but when we do spend a week writing and pouring our spare time into them, and post a handful of requests, we hardly get any feedback. We try engaging with random ‘Ask your admins’ questions, and one person sends a request?

I guess for me it’s kind of difficult to feel active when we don’t have hardly any activity on this blog other than a few people here and there. I’m not asking for much. But we’d love to be able to chat with you guys about literally anything and everything! We follow all of these amazing blogs who have daily conversations with there followers and WE WANT TO SHARE THAT LOVE TOO 🥺🥺

This post may fall on deaf ears...it may not. But I mean considering we have so many followers yet aren’t very active. We don’t know what we are doing wrong to not be actively engaged with this fan base that we all love and have in common. That’s all. Carry on as you were

Fiction ≠ Reality

Fiction is a great way for us to examine morality and what fuels others without worrying about endangering real beings. You can look at all sides of a situation, all viewpoints, all histories, all without someone actually getting hurt or becoming a victim of questionable actions.

But the problem is, people take fiction and apply it directly to life, and...that's now how it works. You use it to help you examine. It's a reference guide. Not a survival book.

You can like things in fiction, but that doesn’t mean you like them in reality. We may be programmed to follow the good over the bad/evil. Morality culture tells us that. But just because we’re interested or like a particularly “bad” character, doesn’t make us bad. It’s fiction.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - 24/06/19

Hello all BBC-members and followers!

I’m done with exams (finally) and I’m going to be dusting out all the old cobwebs that I’ve let gather during this time; in short - I’m giving the network a deep clean.

I am aware that our members are most likely fed up with how listless the net has been, and I am guilty of putting aside my admin responsibilities. And with the wacky updates tumblr likes to throw at us, there was really no better reason for me to kick myself into actually sorting everything out.

Here is a list of things I will be doing in the course of the next few weeks so that the rug isn’t completely pulled from under your feet:

Making some rule adjustments

These won’t be anything too outlandish, just some additions about tagging (any members who have published any work into the net tag before the rule rewrite post is made will not be affected, but failure to read and adhere to the rules afterwards is a different story).

Queuing updates

Plenty of you fantastic writers have posted wonderful content that I have neglected to share onto the network, so I will be filtering through all of that and bringing some life back into the network!

The library

I’ve been alerted that our library recc page has violated some content rules and so is currently blocked. I’ll be troubleshooting that and hopefully I’ll have that done soon.

Recommendations

I’ll be briefly opening up the opportunity to have both net and non-net members to recommend their favourite themed fics (and yes! That means the BBC monthly prompts are coming back into action - if all things go to plan - in time for August).

Member Check-ups

A week from today (the 24th of June), I will be removing all net members who have been inactive for over 1 month, those who do not have the network linked in their about/blog pages, and those who have not notified the net of any url changes or hiatuses.

Please note that this is a one-for-all warning, so if you have any broken links please fix them, and if you have any url changes, please notify the net immediately!

If you have any issues at all, please send the net a message! I would hate to remove anyone unnecessarily!
