Hello Anon, first off, thank you for your offering. Second, no, we don’t need a 3rd Admin at the moment.
We moderate manually, we take care of personal information from many recast owners, last thing they need is a witch hunt.
Not personal, but even if we go slow, we rather to take care of our followers and going slower rather than adding people we don’t know to the admin team, and that might be antis or elitist pro artist in disguise to shut down the blog or hunt down our followers.
Hope you understand we don’t take any chances, particularly with this topic, we know how sensitive this topic is and we apologize for you feeling we’re not doing a good job,but is the best we can do without exposing, not only ourselves, but our followers.

Hey everyone
This is mod Khara-Chan and I need help with this blog. I can’t answer all the questions in our inbox. It’s hard to be the only one running this blog. I know we have two others that I tried to get ahold of but they haven’t responded to me. So I came to the conclusion that none of them are active on tumblr. So I need some sort of help.
If you’d like to be an admin on here then that’s fine. Giving people name suggestions is hard work and it takes a lot of dedication. I can’t answer all the questions at once and I’d like to turn off inbox so I can answer them all at once but it’d just mean that I’ve failed to take on a task that’s challenging, especially to my mental health.
Go to my main blog @khara-chan to talk to me about giving you the option of becoming one of our admins/mods cuz we need them.

I’ve found this account is really hard to run by myself, as a student, musician, and athlete. Therefore, I’m looking for a new admin or two to help me out and keep creating content for you guys to enjoy. If you’re interested, please message me and we can figure out details. I’m looking for strong writers who can be active when I’m not, and people who are willing to work well with others.
