hey i know we havent posted in 50 years i just wanted to share this one ask we got for character impressions (as they were closed btw) and i just, really want this to become a meme thanks do what u will with it

Hey you probably aren't doing character impressions anymore, but fuck it I'm violent as fuck, plz just fight me. INTP, no one takes me seriously until I beat the shit out of them. I curse like a sailor. My eyes light up at the mention of three things: food (particularly sweets), killing/torture, and anything that sparks my curiosity. I'm really intelligent, as well as sarcastic. I'm stubborn af. Secretly really nice but bring it up and I get mad. Crowd anxiety. Rlly loud. Hisoka, Killua, Feitan. I feel the need to add that I sexualize basically everything. Everything. It's an awful habit. I creep people out sometimes. Loud af. Gemini.

Hi! Can I have some hcs about hisoka & romantics? Like do you think he's able to feel love and be romantic? What kind of girl would attract his interest/obsessive attention?

I’m all for psychoanalyzing Hisoka let’s go (this got a bit out of hand sorry)

I think that out of all the characters Hisoka’s the one who as the least care for anything. Even Illumi, who’s portrayed as the most apathetic and cold character on the show is attached to Killua and cares for him. Hisoka doesn’t really care about anything. The only thing that we could say he does care about is fighting and entertainment in that form. So naturally someone who wants to fight is someone with a lot of hate and anger, or at least that’s the case in most characters with that trait (see: Kurapika) But Hisoka doesn’t even have enough attachment to hate anything, so you can’t even use the ‘there’s a fine line between love and hate’ argument with him. So personally, no, I don’t think he could ever keep up a romantic relationship, or love for that matter. 

As for someone who would catch his attention (and I say someone because I mean it’s Hisoka his sexuality is p much everyone) they’d definitely have to have a lot of potential. Someone smart and quick to think on their feet, but not someone who’s reached their full power yet. I don’t think he’d find much use for someone much weaker than him either. As for other personality traits, I don’t think he’d pay attention to those as much as long as they’re not too much like him. If there was anyone that resembled his personality- being overly flirtatious, easily bored, wants to fight everyone, etc., because he’ll see them as someone too predictable, he’d probably just be annoyed. 

Just in general Hisoka’s a very temporary character. I don’t say that like he’s not a main one, but in the way that everything about him is temporary and that’s the way he likes things. For example, there was that scene where he builds one of his card pyramids just to topple it over himself. He has no respect or need for things that can be so easily knocked down, even if he was the one who made them. And I think he’d be much the same with anything relating to love. Sex and general interest, sure because that doesn’t have to do with feelings, but love itself isn’t something I think Hisoka is capable of feeling.

He’s not the best at seduction, honestly. He doesn’t understand the point of subtlety when he can just tell his partner what he wants

Feitan wasn’t sure why he hadn’t kissed his partner yet, really. He had lots of opportunities, but something always happened last minute, and it was really starting to irritate him. 

It finally happened when he was coming back from a mission, tired and injured. He stumbled back into the base, where his lover was allowed to stay. They immediately ran to him, concerned about his wounds, and he laughed, telling them not to worry. They began to fuss, trying to find a first aid kit to help, when he grabbed their hands to stop them.

Feitan always thought he’d be the one to kiss his partner first, but it seems in this case he was wrong. He stumbled back in surprise as they leaned in to kiss him, and tripped, falling and pulling his lover down on top of him. He grinned when they pulled back, the laughter of the rest of the troupe not bothering him in the slightest.

Really likes reptiles. All of them. Though he won’t admit it, he kind of wants a pet snake or lizard because they just seem so cute to him.

Only started wearing crop tops because of Hisoka, otherwise he would’ve dressed like an 80s boy forever

Has a secret weakness for sweet things.

^he was probably the one to fulfill most of Killua’s pleas for candy, so he ended up always taking one or two chocorobos for himself, and developed a soft spot for sweets afterwards

Match up please? 162cm INTP, fairly snarky, stubborn, easily distracted, I've been called quirky and cute. I like reading, psychoanalyzing people, exploring new places, playing video games. I'm slightly socially awkward but once I get talking I don't stop talking, like a five year old sometimes. Sometimes I can be v rude but I usually don't mean to be, not too good at the emotion stuff. Hmmm this was a hard one, but I think you’d make a really great pair with Shalnark! Once you two got past that first socially awkward stage, you’d have the best time due to your almost childish personalities! I think you’d get along really well, and you’d both love doing some of the things you like the both - psychoanalyzing people, exploring, video games, he’d love them all! He’d also be one to understand that you’re not good at emotional things, and not push our boundaries!

character impressions are so cute! could you do them for adultrio, kurapika and kite? i try to be Cool and Intimidating when i first meet people but then start acting really dorky, i laugh a lot and love fashion & witchcraft, and am a p opinionated sagittarius. sometimes i can be pretty reckless and do dangerous things !!

I think you wouldn’t interact with Chrollo much. He’d respect how opinionated you are, but wouldn’t care as much for your less than serious attitude. BUT he’d like how you keep yourself together for first impressions, so you’d have a p good relationship. I actually think you’d be one to become friends with Hisoka, as hard as that might sound. You seem like an eccentric person he’d like to keep around, especially with the added amusement factor of you doing risky things. Illumi would see you like he sees Hisoka, but less dangerous. He wouldn’t think of you as a friend, but being even an acquaintance in Illumi’s eyes is a pretty big victory. Kurapika would mostly be annoyed at the fact that you and Chrollo get along well, so he’d really wary of you due to your company. However he’d be happy to hang out with you, seeing as how you two are much alike with how you first present yourselves, and he’d have a lot of fun being around you.

Can I have a matchup? I'm 5'2 and I think my resting face is a mean one but I smile a lot so unless I'm tired or uninterested you won't really see it. I love horror movies and playing the piano. I'm sarcastic and just a tiny bit to rude but I say everything in good spirit. I'm almost always joking but it's hard for people to tell, so they end up taking me seriously if they don't really know me. I think you and Feitan would make a great pair! He’d be really good at understanding when you’re being serious and when you’re not, and you’d never have a dull moment together. I think the horror movies and the piano would be what really sold it for him, honestly, as he’d love to have horror movie dates with you and try to get you to teach him how to play the piano.
