An admin is a being that wanders around the multiverse, it's very hard to spot one since they normally hide in the shadows, or there may be times that they hide in plain sight, disguising itself as a background character.
An admin is responsible for administrate (as what the name says already) the situation of an AU or an character that they decided to keep an eye on, they are also responsible for sudden quarantines of universe when they see fit, and reboot a universe or timeline. They also hold the power to rewrite a character (if needed) or add them to revision (which will make them disappear, they will only be able to spectate in the meantime while they are 'fixed')
Admins have a open mindset and are often described as 'distant' by people who have been able to meet them, they try to not pick a side in order to not be manipulated.
Admins can be handpicked by creators as a role, or can be born as one, it's more common an admin be born with the role than be given the job.
Rarely they wander in the doodle sphere, just if one is really curious or tired (they don't need to go there, a few may go there to hang around, Rose Ink doesn't mind and often welcomes them).
They can have any appearance that they desire and shapeshifting into anything, even a rock.
Admins are not omnipresent nor omniscient, so they need to move around to collect information, they have an HP bar and can be killed, they will evaporate once they HP bar goes to zero, their HP bar, however, is very high, they are immune to stats ailments, KR and debuffs, as well as insta-kill attacks from high level beings (it doesn't mean that they are immune to damage, it just means that it takes more than a single slash to kill them).
They don't drop exp nor money, killing them is seen as a waste of time or simply a way to get rid of them temporarily, they will reappear days later.
