hilariously, after years of not being able to log into my account on desktop and only having access to the ~mobile experience~, i may now only be able to log in on desktop b/c i logged in here via tumblr’s ~magic link~ think and so don’t actually know my password, which means i can’t *change* my password, but i also can’t *reset* my password b/c doing that requires a 2FA code, and my 2FA is set up with my old phone, which is . . . dead, meaning i cannot get 2FA codes, and i can’t turn off 2FA without knowing my password
what, uh. what the fuck do i do here

hey friends! just a quick heads up that i am getting ~un trans surgery~ tomorrow and thus will uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh probably not be around here super much a ton while i recover. everything is all set, i am v excited about this, it is all good news, i just didn’t want anyone to worry if i suddenly went Unusually Quiet for a couple days/a week or so. be excellent to each other! <3
welp, just e-mailed tumblr support to ask about resolving my Account Issues (can’t log in on mobile b/c i don’t know my password, can’t reset my password b/c i have 2FA turned on via my old dead phone, can’t turn off 2FA without my password), fingers crossed that they 1) get back to me literally ever and 2) are able to help :T

Complicated days
Quick note to let you all know that I’m not gone, just stuck in the wilds of the Astigianistan hills. Lots of work – as usual, to be done for yesterday – lots of hangups, the PC still recovering from the crash, some sad news from a friend, too many projects going, insomnia and lack of sleep, cats fighting in the courtyard, and what not.
Like the guy said, I’ll be back. Soon. Tonight, probably.
