The Commander's arms were crossed as she spied the other. For once, she was not donning a smirk.

Ugly Red "R"? Check. Tacky black clothing? Check. Lack of hygiene? Probably; she didn't want to get any closer than she was to find out. No doubt about it, this was someone from Team Rocket.  Just her luck. Now the question remained why he was so far away from home.

Whitney dressed warmly, as a fresh layer of snow covered the ground. Patting her coat to make sure she hadn't forgotten anything, Whitney left her penthouse and locked the door.

          It didn't take too long to make the trip to the Park north of the City. This would be a nice place for them to meet, Whitney had thought. It was out of the City and there probably weren't going to be too many people out and about. 

         Whitney sat down at a bench to wait for Proton, her Furret wrapped into her lap.
