“Holy shit,” Lyra breaths after skidding to a stop and almost toppling over. Ordinarily the first thing she’d be worried about is her skirt, but it’s the second thing she worries about this time—second to the living golem just walking around on the streets.
Golems and androids and robots always interested Lyra; in another world where she hadn’t been blessed with abnormally potent magic powers, she could see herself perhaps pursuing a career working with them. But she knew well the development of them for the military. And they hadn’t come close to resembling a human in reasoning ability yet.
“Uh.” Would it be rude to bother him? Then again, he—it? she? they?—seems to have noticed her already, not a particularly impressive feat considering how... obvious her interest is by now. “How... exactly do you work? Oh, and what’s your name?”

6. Cheek Kiss
Samus just really wanted this guy to be quiet but wasn’t willing to kiss some stranger on the lips. A kiss always got people quiet anyways and he was rambling so a quick kiss and then a wave good bye was it. What a great end to a conversation. What a great way to escape so she could go home and just cuddle with her new bird child.
"Bull!"
“It’s true, it’s true, and before you think otherwise it’s not so far-fetched to consider that I’ve travelled all the way to the moon and back.
I don’t know how it is in your time, but in my time the Weyland Corporation was first founded by a man called Jack Weyland who created the great space elevator known as the Beanstalk. It reaches all the way to the moon, with different levels and different entertainments on each.
The moon was just a quick day trip for me, both to check on certain key investments as well as to take a little break from the day to day of Mumbad. It’s certainly a visit I would recommend to anyone.”
The Role of a Comms
Cuniculators vary wildly in their exact cybernetic augmentations and loadout, but there are a number of generally distinct classes they can fall within. The Comms class, short for Communications Expert, is the one Adnunt falls under. Unlike Certa, for whom most of her cybernetics related to her role were disabled, Adnunt has retained nearly all of the cybernetics that allow him to function as a Comms. Thus it is only fitting that I discuss what a Comms can do.
