I know adoption seems difficult and overly complicated but it's like that because the shelters care for their animals and wants the best care for them. Remember that they save their animals from abuse and neglect and they do this out of love and little pay and it takes an emotional and physical toll for them to discover that they let an animal go to bad homes after.
