The sun was slowly creeping its way through the curtains of the bedroom window, casting hazy beams of light across the bed where Dick was lying, dozing. The sheets were wrapped lightly around him, revealing his back and one untangled leg.
The quiet morning was suddenly broken by the sounds of dishes clanging together in the kitchen downstairs.
Dick groggily rolled out of the bed, looking around in the empty room. The noises had to be Jason, he noted in his half-asleep brain.
He yawned as he walked towards the source of the noises. Dick entered the kitchen while rubbing his eyes.
The older one leaned against the counter and watched Jason for a moment, taking in the scene in front of him.
Jason seemed to be completely immersed in what he was doing, not even noticing Dick's presence, but he wouldn't complain because Jason was completely naked beside his silly “Kiss the Cook” apron, and he would give everything to feel Jason's lips against his own right now.
