ADP WorkForce Calendar View
ADP Workforce is the software that is used by a range of companies that are working with more than 50 employees. The portal/software allows the HR department to manage everything quite easily without losing any data or detail.http://www.login-adpworkforcenow.com/
As the whole system is kind of automated, there are very few chances of any human error as well. The portal is managed by an Admin from the IT department and he/she will have the capability to designing the ADP Workforce interface according to the company’s theme.
The ADP Freedom is an add-on tool used by the companies to manage the employee’s data even easier. Not only it makes everyone’s job easier, but the ADP Workforce will also enhance the transparency between the management and the employees. The interface provided by the software is also very intuitive and you will be able to understand it very easily.
What is the calendar view?
In the calendar view, the interface will show full data on the employee’s presence in the office of the last year. The interface will open up the calendar and will use colors and abbreviations to denote the absent/present.
1. On the top horizontal menu, you will need to select the one that says Employee Calendar.
2. Under it, you will get to enter the time frame of which you are seeking the data.
3. You will also get to select the view, Compact, or Expanded. For a bird’s eye view, you will need to select Compact.
4. The calendar view will be in a horizontal way denoting all the days and on the vertical side, you will get months.
5. The marking will be done as follows,
a. A red-colored box with VA written on it denotes vacation.
b. An orange-colored box with SK written on it means sick leave.
c. The blue-colored box with BR written on it on the ADP Freedom page means Bereavement followed by green and yellow boxes denoting PTO and Late, respectively.
d. The last EO and OT sign will say Early Out and Overtime, respectively.
