marriage was like being land locked , or so the iornborn always discussed traditionally westerosi style marriage. the iron born were not meant to have one wife , or so the story had gone from as many years back as he could remember. that the only reason the tradition ( mainly ) remained in place was the ever-looming threat that whatever king sat on the throne of swords would impose some sort of rule on them that would force them to change something else about them. but if he had to consider it with anyone the woman before him seems like the only reasonable choice. he quite enjoys her mouthing off about the topic to ---- some idiot who had decided to cross her in the great hall. the blond knight is simply observing the ordeal with a smile on his face , as the girl yells about some oddity of feminine right to not be beaten by her husband or some other information that he isns't quite listening to but , at least it is amusing to watch the exhibiting behavior.

leaned back in the seat his feet are propped up on the table , peaking a glance at the small interaction until he finds himself plenty entertained at which point , the boots are scrapped off the table and he makes his way to walk back to his sleeping quarters for the night. it seems as though however - his absence is noted. because before long he finds the back of his garment being grabbed rather roughly and as he turns he finds a firey woman staring up at him with anger. a wrath he has no idea how he has encountered. it. a pause , as she demands that he inform her of his whereabouts. she was ironborn at her core , as dangerous as their longships reaving the coastline. but able to effectively impose that fear with her voice.

but despite his mother's blood , he was no mainlander. the iron also burned in his belly , a single brow raises in responce , a strange piece of calm about the matter. ❝ i was simply to take my leave to bed heighdan. it is late. ❞ the glint in his eyes is almost like that of his cousin for a moment , just as bright as a greyjoy for the quickest glimpse. ❝ unless you would find interest in watching me sleep. ❞

ㅤㅤㅤTheir  traded  kisses  grow  more  reckless,  Erlira's  arms  caging  Dany,  hands restrained and held  to  the  marble  pillar  behind  her.  It  exhilarates  the dragoness,  igniting  the  blood  within  her  veins  until  she  matches  the  roughness  of  Erlira's  kisses,  teeth  grazing  along  her  bottom  lip,  and  then  the  pressure  of  a  bite,  stopping  before  she  draws  the  warrior's  blood.  They  break  for  breath,  and  Dany  studies  the  look  in  Erlira's  eyes.  ❝ Did  you  think  I  would  shy  away?  ❞  she  looks  upon  her  with  mischief,  leaning  close  once  more  to  brush  her  lips  against  hers.  ❝ I  am  the  blood  of  the  dragon.  There  is  no  creature  in  all  the  world  more fierce than  a  dragon.  ❞

"I mentioned her once, and he got very sad and said he would tell me when I was old enough to understand." Jon had been nine at the time, maybe ten, and Theon had been teasing him again about being a bastard, unloved by his mother. "Then he told me he'd talk to me about it next time he saw me when I was leaving for the wall, but he died before he got the chance."

Jon shakes his head to clear it and looks over at Herra. "It doesn't matter now, it's in the past and it can't be undone. It doesn't matter if my mother was a highborn lady or a common whore. It matters that I'm the son of Eddard Stark, baseborn or not, I'm the last one left."
