“What the fuck do you mean you HAVE TO?” Selina screeched as she threw on her bathrobe.

It was uncharacteristic of Selina to screech, but she was so furious she couldn’t help it.  She had been so happy. Bret was supposed to have the night off, not supposed to go back in until the following afternoon. She’d cooked his favorite dinner. They had just finished making love, were still lying around naked, when Bret’s phone rang.

The fire station, asking him to come in and cover. On what was supposed to be a night off for him. She’d barely spent four hours with her boyfriend in two weeks, and now he was off again, pulling on his clothes as he headed for the door.

“Just what I said, Selina! I have to! I’m still the new guy!”

“You’ve been there over a year!”

Bret stopped at the front door and folded his arms. He spoke slowly, as if she were slow on the uptake. “Selina, I have the least seniority, so I’m the one who gets the OT dumped on him and covering holidays and whatever else they come up with.”

Selina pursed her lips. “And when does it end? When someone new finally shows up? This isn’t fair to you or me!”

“Well, we don’t all have the good fortune to work for our fathers, Selina.”

That pushed the wrong button.

Bret ran a hand through his dark hair and sighed. He didn’t particularly care for fighting, either. “Selina, I’m sorry,” he pleaded, pulling her into his arms, “I hate not being able to see you. I didn’t think it was going to be like this. And I’m sorry I made that crack about your dad. I know you work your ass off just as much as me. I didn’t mean it.”

Her forehead pressed against his. “I know you didn’t mean it,” she admitted, “But I can’t lie either. This sucks, a lot. I never see you, and even when you are promised time off, they go back on those promises. It just seems like there’s no end in sight.”

Well time to escape the house drama for another date with Norris. 

“C’mon Norris get with the spirit! Aren’t you glad to be out of the house?” 

“I’m not sure what you expect from me.”

DUDE! If I could have your cleared version I would love you for life!

Like just without the roads and lots? I can pull that together pretty fast for really any EA world. Though I did have to remove the trees and brush, caw doesn’t seem to recognize installed store content, I think I’d have to manually add it to the framework for them to show up right. Then I’d have to provide them in package form and honestly I haven’t tried extracting stuff from store world yet. So if that’s okay I can get the download ready here shortly.

You know I didn’t think it was all that great that people would be interested in having it so I’m not sure if I’ll need a tester. I suppose if there’s interest I’ll consider releasing it. :)

Wow! It looks amazing.

Thanks you guys! I really like how it’s coming along, taking a break now to work on my bachelorette island (working name of course). I have like a ton of caw projects in progress right now, mostly cause I’m still learning. What I’d really like to do is make a series of small maps that are connected by the same metro or geographical area. So like I can basically build my universe and have small compact, hopefully clean running, saves to work with gameplay or story wise. Man I just rambled. >.< lol.
