Don’t want me || Adrian & Kelly
@adrianxwallace
A typical night out for two reckless tweens, who called themselves best friends. There was a variety of ways to interpret this term but Kelly and Adrian had always been best friends whatever this might mean to them. Kelly thought she knew Adrian and she thought he probably knew everything about her but some things changed lately, things they did to make this whole thing much more complicated. One should know not to mix friendship with making out. It was of course not their main issue but something felt different. Kelly was good in shoving those things away and to not think about it, to just not care and cease the moment for what it was. This night would end different even though she didn’t know it yet. They were at a party, which wasn’t an usual thing. Adrian and her spent a lot of nights together but even this was getting less. First thing different about this night was, Kelly barely drank. Maybe a drink or two nothing more but she had her reasons. She had plans for after this, and she’d taken the pain killers again and she was aware enough to know how they mixed with alcohol.
They had surely fun though for a few hours until Kelly saw how late it was. She dragged Adrian off the dancefloor because he surely wouldn’t hear her in the middle of it. “I’m off.” she said leaning up, speaking loudly into his ears to overcome the music. “Have fun.” she smiled at him, not seeing a big deal in leaving him there, whens he turned and took her phone out fiddling with it while she was walking out. It’s the feeling that hits you when you get out on the air that tells you how annoyingly buzzed off you are. The loud music was still buzzing in Kelly’s ears when she took a moment to lean against the wall and check her phone before she would call a cab... or she would walk. She wasn’t sure about it yet.
