As for your question, regardless of my choice the outcome would always be the same.

Say… I choose Midoriya:

Midoriya will definitely rescue the kitten along with my rescuing. If I choose the kitten:

Midoriya will rescue himself. In the end, both the kitten and Midoriya are safe, which is always the best result, don’t you think?

But I believe this is the more likely situation:

...Midoriya will rescue both the kitten and himself. I only have to watch.

It was a week after getting kicked out of the bunker when Castiel meets him.

He reminds him of Dean, sometimes. Castiel likes to think that this man's soul would be bright and warm too, if he ever gets his wings back.

It's only a dream though, a passing fancy. Still, it's enough to distract him from the feeling of angel blades on his flesh.

Newly human Cas meets another hunter and snags himself a hunter boyfriend. They save people and hunt things, until Cas gets hunted and captured by angels.

Sam and Dean meanwhile have a falling out because of the whole Ezekiel thing, but they work together to track Cas before the angels get him.

There'll be equal emphasis with Cas/Dean, Cas/OMC(well, until the OMC goes, anyway lol), and Cas & Sam friendship.
