The MSA Advantage 1000 was designed as a "budget-friendly" Industrial/Riot Control Mask loosely based on the MCU-2/P, and was originally offered in both Black and Tan Rubber.
The tan ones didn't sell well and were likely discontinued by the early 2000's, making them somewhat hard to come by nowadays.
The example I own is dated July of 1994 (fun fact - these masks predate the MSA Millennium), and while it is missing the nosecup, filters, lens outsert, and has a pretty warped facial seal, it is also the only size medium I've seen for sale recently, so I still consider it a good investment.
@welcome-to-the-moulageathon and I will dig up some filters and maybe an outsert to go with it later. The nosecup will be another story, since these had tan ones.
Also, this thing has one of the cheapest, flimsiest head harnesses I've ever seen on a non-disposable full face gas mask, ever. It's laughably bad.
