An original character is good, but so are recognizable ones! I don't have an irl Pinkie Pie ornament though; I should get one this year maybe.
And finally, the angel. I saw a handmade angel with delicate wire wings at my grandmother’s house and that inspired this.
Making this year’s tree was fun and inspiring! I’m looking forward to next year!
I was looking for Nativity ornaments on Pinterest and saw a neat wood slice ornament that caught my attention. It's a good and in vouge design, considering how I keep seeing wood slice painted and used for decorations.
A more traditional deer this year. Those who tuned in last year may recall a pastel people reindeer, but this year something a bit more predictable.
I was tempted to do a red bear this year until I saw adorable ice white bears being sold at a store a week before. I didn't want to oversaturate the tree with red anyway.
Character ornaments have been popular, so I added my character Node. (Another cute robot!)
Fun fact, I almost ran out of plants associated with the holidays by time I got to this cross ornament.
