𝐒𝐇𝐄  𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐋  𝐇𝐀𝐒  𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄  𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐓  𝐈𝐍  𝐇𝐄𝐑  𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒 .    perhaps  there  is  some  control  in  calming  the  storm  just  beneath  her  skin .     more  than  she  had  at  the  start ,  at  least ,  but  caution  still  keeps  them  close  to  her  person  as  she  approaches  her  brother .    her  brother  here ,  a  part  of  her  reminds .    it  was  still  a  gust  of  confusion  in  the  winds  inside  her ,  to  remember  two  siblings  in  one  life   &   an  entirely  different  one  in  another .     it  was  a  topic  she  did  her  best  to  wave  away  in  her  own  mind .    in  these  new  memories  or  not ,  this  was  her  brother .        ❛    dean   ...     ❜        she  tilts  her  head  at  him ,  studying ,  before  gently  moving  forward .       (   grace  in  every  step .    she  was  a  queen  once ,  after  all   )       not  much  space  is  bridged  but  enough  for  her  to  take  a  seat  somewhat  closer  to  him .        ❛     those  memories   ...    are  you  having  those  too ?     ❜

a smile placed itself upon her lips as derek walked through the door of everwonder. she’d been expecting him for the day, hoping he’d be available for lunch. “so you were free after all,” she teased lightly as she placed her apron down and turned towards one of the sisters. “i will be back, going to lunch.” she confirmed, tapping derek on the shoulder to herd him back out and to the sidewalk. “so, the hubcap? same as usual?” the thing about the memories had plagued her all morning, and despite not wanting to get out of bed; she did anyway. though the massive headache that ached behind her eyes had yet to give way. still, she smiled through it.
