In the book, Samwise actually giving Faramir “what for” and getting away with it. In the movie, the scene where he’s actually ready to kick the ass out of ARAGORN. Don’t mess with Sam, yo.

That moment in the Return of the King where he takes down motherfucking Shelob - Hobbit vs. Giant Spider and ONCE AGAIN, a Hobbit wins!

Head Canon
In my canon Tolkien headcanon, Frodo never sails away to the West and he lives with Sam’s family at Bag End where Sam and family get to fuss and care for him. While Frodo never marries, he does get to be “dear Mister Frodo” to Sam’s entire family. There is actual fan fiction out there where Aragorn and the remaining Company regularly visit the gang at the Shire and have srs fun.
In the Bagginshield universe, Sam’s family, along with a few families such as the Cottons (Rosie among them) end up living in Erebor because YAY adventure and “if Mister Bilbo can do it, why can’t we?” and “Eru help us, these Big Folk and Dwarves need some good sensible Hobbit-sense in order to bring the land back to life.”
Hamfast, with wee Samwise, end up bossing even the Elves over the proper cultivation of plants.
Unpopular opinion
I really can’t ship Sam with Frodo romantically. To me, they’re the ultimate BROTP but not a romance. That’s just me, though. Again, ship who you want to ship. :)
A wish
Sam is already a very lucky Hobbit so he just deserves all the good things, along with his Mister Frodo.
