“Choose-your-own Adventure”

I have a theory about the big big picture of all the lore. Possible spoilers tho cus I feel like this could be a satisfying reveal and I don't want to steal away the feeling of the big reveal in case I'm right. 

Okay so you know how so many theories apply to the lore and how it's kind of hard to have a theory that can be completely ruled out? Like how mark said dark is bad but then contradicts that in the videos or how the characters are telling us to take our decisions seriously but wmlw was all about telling us to not take it seriously at all? Mark even kinda said he doesn't believe in anything outside what's actually in the videos to be canon. Mark sometimes even takes ideas form the community on lore stuff. Which is why I think everything is left, to an extent, open ended. Nothing is set in stone except for what's shown on screen. I think this ties into the whole choice thing. What do you want reality to be? Does this matter? Does it not matter? It's your choice to believe whatever you want. It always has been.

This was originally supposed to be a theory about something else but as I typed it out everything just clicked like "stepping into markiplier manor is like stepping into someone's mind" fuck, it makes sense now
