It’s a warm and sunny day here. I keep longing for autumn to arrive. Despite the leaves falling, the weather is still around 23° C. I’m making the best of it and doing some work on campus before my class later this afternoon.

I finished my work/school week at a reasonable time this evening. It was refreshing to be able to head home in the late, golden sun.
Courses are going well. I got a 92% on my first New Testament Greek quiz of the year. This afternoon I started at the site placement for my contextual education course, and had a great conversation with my supervisor.
I’m optimistic about this year. I know I’ll be busy, so I’ll have to be intentional about taking time for myself, but I think it’ll be manageable and fun.

It’s exam week here. Fortunately I have no exams, but I do have final reports and a cumulative paper. So I am at the library, working away. We had some nice weather over the Easter weekend, so I got outside for a hike. Now it’s back to the academic side of things for a little bit longer. I am taking the summer off school, so I have this semester to finish up and then a break.

I have been on the other side side of the country for the past three and a half weeks. So here are some photos of my travel journal where I’ve been documenting my adventures. It’s been great fun to travel and see family, and I am also ready to go home tomorrow.

Studying New Testament Greek at the laundromat this morning. It’s raining and coolish; perfect study and reading weather. My professor is out sick today, thus we will be having class online. So I am staying in to study, and hoping to get some chores done at home.
