Aether sees missing posters all over Sheznayah for a woman with curly blue hair and splotchy pink birthmarks. This lady, the posters declaring her name as "Natalia", looks like she could be related to Dottore. The Fatui emblem on the posters only proves that more.

In a crowd, walking with a limp, is that @thetruescholar . Her head is kept low, face hidden under a scarf wrapped over her head. But her hands have the same splotchiness, and unkempt blue curls spill out from under her scarf.

Just what is going on here?
