Free!, Samurai Champloo, Princess Tutu, Fullmetal Alchemist, and I second Death Note!

I forgot to mention that I've actually already seen Free! and Fullmetal Alchemist (and brotherhood), and I enjoyed both of those! I'll check out Samurai Champloo because it looks like it could be pretty good also. Although Princess Tutu may be... a little bit too shoujo for me, y'know? But thanks for all the recommendations!
