Firefighters exposed to AFFF products on the job are suing on behalf of current and former colleagues. As a result of AFFF use, these firefighters claim they were exposed to cancer, neurological damage, and other serious health problems. Plaintiffs claim that their medical bills and other damages were caused by the use of AFFF products after companies failed to warn them of the potential risks. A determination is expected soon on these claims, which are being reviewed in court.
