What is Senator Decimus like in your Universe? What Planet/Colony does he speak for?
Decimus Maximillion is the Senator of Opulus, and much like the other inhabitants he's a rash and entitled mech who doesn't think much of those below his station.
Most other Senators can't stand his braggart nature and thus rarely invite him to parties, instead preferring his aide Affluous, who's more suave and tolerable.
