This Whiskey Caramel Affogato has a lot of great flavors. The bitterness of the espresso goes well with the sweetness of the vanilla ice cream and the warmth of the whiskey caramel sauce.
Ingredients: 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. 2 shots espresso. 2 tablespoons whiskey caramel sauce. Whipped cream optional. Caramel sauce for drizzling optional. Crushed cookies or nuts for garnish optional.
Instructions: Fill a bowl or glass with ice cream and add two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Add two espresso shots to the ice cream. Add two tablespoons of whiskey caramel sauce on top. Add whipped cream on top if you like. If you want, you can drizzle more caramel sauce over the whipped cream. Add nuts or crushed cookies as a garnish if you want to. Serve right away and enjoy!
