roast scallops with fennel, elderflower and lemon #aficionadafi #ldnfooddiaries ----- anyone who knows me will know that I have this unexplainable obsession with scallops. so needless to say I was super excited for this scallops course at The Ledbury. scallops were very nicely cooked and the elderflower brings out the sweetness in the scallops (although I still think scallops at Jean-Georges with crispy prosciutto and caper emulsion is still hands down the best scallop dish I have ever eaten) (at The Ledbury)
