The GreenBoat, a facade-only build by me, Aflutter, has been posted to the gallery.
This is a 30x20 lot; it’s listed as a National Park, but of course you can change it to whatever you want. I was originally going to make it a retail greenhouse, but decided to post it as a facade-only build, so that people can turn it into whatever they want. Besides being a greenhouse or community garden, it could make a neat restaurant, bar, wedding venue or even a cool residential lot for a botanist.
There are two pieces of custom content on this lot (one of them by me), but I’m not listing or linking them. I haven’t been posting any of my builds lately because I can’t build without cc, but the thought of making sure I link everything correctly has been stressing me out. From now on, I will only be listing cc that I consider essential to the build. For this particular lot, there isn’t anything that I consider essential. Remember to check the cc box in the gallery’s sidebar.
Also, if anyone decides to furnish this, you are welcome to post it to the gallery or here on tumblr. Just remember to mention that I built the facade and if you tag me, I will reblog it. This is true for all my facade-only builds.
(One last note - after I took these pictures, I decided to change which swatch I used for the fence, from the brown with gold to just plain brown, so the pictures aren’t exactly the same as the final product.)
