These aren't supposed to be #fundraising #books, but they have influenced my philosophies. Left, @aliceferris gave me this book when we launched @GoalBusters, saying "Read this. You're on your own conducting a healthcare board retreat in California next month." The goal was to improve healthy communication within the board. It helped me better communicate as a parent too. Right, I introduced Alice to this one. It contains core principles we teach regularly regarding teamwork, collaboration and division of responsibilities. I believe any book you read is a pontentially fundraising book because it can change who you are and how you think. New ideas influence how you work.
