Today I ate a really healthy breakfast and healthy lunch and I even worked out after school but then at dinner time I had two servings of rice with a creamy fatty sauce have I thrown my days work away and how do I stop myself from that next time?
Sorry for the delayed response. You ate well all day and splurged a little at dinner, thats not a huge deal in my opinion. You wanted something, you ate it, enjoyed it (I assume) so just move on from that. Unless you ate an additional 3500 calories on top of your daily calorie goal, you won't even gain a pound. Sometimes you just have to eat for your soul in my opinion, moderation is key. So maybe next time tell yourself that you will allow yourself that treat but keep it to one serving/only eat until you are full then stop. xo
