Bateristas Loucos / Germany
Have their origin the Bateristas Loucos in the eight drummers of Bläserphilharmonie Werneck, who wanted to make at the initiative of their conductor Tanja Berthold (2003) marching area relocations with orchestra contemporary and percussive.
So first some Marching Grooves were done and individual pieces of the "Military Drum Beats" by George Lawrence Stone (1939) with built. Thus the first step was done and they rehearsed in autumn 2003 already busy with all junior drummers. The idea to participate in the international Samba festival in Coburg, what they also got a commitment in December originated.
As their Chief Drum Commander Bernhard Winter allowed soft knock Repenique four years under Wolfgang Link at "Os Peixes do Samba", the sample work with Battucada, African, samba reggae and their self-developed Grooves progressed quickly.
Carnival 2004 was followed by their first practical tests in Bergrheinfeld and Schweinfurt, the one link to large Gruppenfoto3 with many blisters, bloody fingers and flat feet overflowed denied with success.
Since its first participation in Coburg '04 came another rhythm enthusiasts musicians from the orchestras Grafenrheinfeld and Werneck to them. In the second year the drummer got even support their own go-go girls from the woodwind series.
By continuous performances in addition to the orchestral work, the style of Bateristas Loucos developed on an ongoing basis, so that one could be present on the Samba Festival with an energetic mix of marching beats, traditional rhythms, Samba, Hip Hop, African, rock and breakbeat in the summer of 2006.
