ma rainey’s black bottom (2020) script. watched this movie twice and fell deep in thought. when he stated — “…all of us together.” “what is all of us gonna do?” — DEEP, right! — how do we get different minds to move “together” how do we break old ways of thinking? this led me to wonder, am i doing enough for the Blk and Brown community? what can i do to unite us and work together as a whole? what will i do to secure our minds to make real change.
