It’s official: This weekend’s Afropunk fest (Oct. 3-4) is cancelled due to weather. Tickets to be refunded automatically at point of purchase. An official statement from co-founder Matthew Morgan states: "Safety is always the #1 concern for any of our festivals, nothing is more important.
