forgot i drew my genshin oc a couple weeks ago so lemme give you guys the info i have. (this is pre 6.1 . if the new quest ruins my lore then i think i’ll just kms /j)

basics -> olivir (not their real name. well they never had a real name to begin with i guess. but yknow. flins named them this bc they refused to give him their name)

they existed in the abyss for a long time, but they’ve spent at least 500 years in the mortal realm. (likely more. but idk how long hroptatyr was getting freaky)

speaking of hroptapoopoo, they made a contract w them. (see: the odin myth where he sacrifices his eye to drink from mimir’s fountain of knowledge. also see just the general info of odin’s ravens. i combined the two)

just like flins, they carry a body part of one of the sinners on their person. (not gonna tell you where it is though, you can guess)

initially with hroptatyr, olivir was meant to be an archivist. filing and containing all the knowledge that hroptatyr obtained, and to be a reliable safe haven for it in the event that H bro goes insane. so, thats what they made their appearance

however. flins did not have some grand idea of what he wanted them to be when he found him. so, they just became an antique collector. he likes freaky finds, so now they sell bits and bobs in nod krai (dont ask where they obtain such things.)

element -> hydro (they dont have a vision. they just bend abyssal power)

weapon -> claymore

and uhhh yeah. basically after the cataclysm they wandered away from the khaenriahn ruins. (they didnt really give a damn ngl LMAO). however the moment they stepped into nod krai territory, flins jumped them thinking they were a creetur of the wild hunt. and yeah

now they follow him around for fun. and help him in lightkeeper duties. an abyss creature fighting other abyss creatures. very funny

as much as I like the USWNT, Americans greatly overestimate their impact on the sport abroad.
