So this is how my morning began. Stubbed my toes on my bench at the back of my bed at 5:10am. Then I drove my husband and coworker to the prison for work because they missed the vanpool. Walked one dog only around one block which is probably only 1/10th of a mile. My foot kills when walking on it. It is amazing how such a tiny structure of the body causes so much discomfort and disruption to ones body and Day. So my goal is to heal with rest, ice and elevation and then start again to get back on track Monday. Looking for upper body workout to substitute my full body workout. #afterbeakfast (at Blythe, California)
