Today’s #climb4kc had been canceled (Covid-19), so took my trail running shoes over to #aftonstatepark and got in a good #trailrun with 3,500 ft of elevation gain. Love that I got an extra day to chill after the festival to explore a little more. Funny how such a strong connection and feeling of familiarity could form through newly-made friendships. So many special moments throughout this short weekend. #aftonstatepark
