A Gentle, Cold, Embrace
Ever since Froslass had began her collection with a wayward trainer on the fateful evening of her evolution over a decade ago, the humans of the nearby towns had talked about the ghost on the mountain, the spirit of a woman who had been left behind in a blizzard, stealing the souls of wayward travelers as revenge for her own misfortune.
At first, Eira had hated the rumors, until she realized that without them, and the foolish, underprepared trainers who were curious and tried to come and view her, her collection would not be even half it's current size. However, in the past few years, humans had become more wary of her, and visitors to the mountain had grown continually scarcer. So, when the Froslass heard a human voice, she immediately jumped on the chance to investigate, and, if she was lucky, add a new statue to her hoard.
