A Good Case For Population Control II Nicole and Ruby
Ruby, already feeling like this day - along with her life - couldn't get any worse, hadn't even bothered cleaning herself up to go over to Nicole's. She kept her head down as she walked the hallways, avoiding everyone's judgemental stares. Everyone in the centre seemed to know - or if they didn't now then they soon would. Ruby knew that this would happen eventually, but she'd been hoping to put it off. That plan was foiled now, all by some blonde kid who thought it would be funny to spread her secret. It wasn't until she saw a man up ahead - who could have been Avery, or it could not have been - that Ruby began to panic again. She moved quickly, her feet speeding along the hallway to Nicole's room where she quickly pushed the door open and then closed it behind her, pushing her back up against the door as she waited for her heart rate to calm down.
