echolocation as a term is really clever! okay now im rlly invested... i love the classification of echoes and how the team would strategize against both physical and mental attacks i rlly love that concept. i also kinda get why adults aren't involved, i think adults are more prone to anxieties. now i wonder, must the magical kids involved not have mental illnesses? and does their training involve psychology? p.s. I don't mind if answers r incomplete ik it's a work in progress :)
Nope! Magical kids can have mental illnesses and still be chosen...(tbh I don’t think I have an oc that isn’t mentally ill or neurodivergent) but mental illness and learning to cope, not only with fears, but emotions in general is a big theme I’m trying to play with
As for training...right now I just have the kids being thrown into fighting without any sort of training. The Agency is like “well, congrats. have fun, bye!”
