Keigo couldn't breath, he couldn't breath and he needed to breath and not shatter the glass he was holding that he would never drink from because he still has that scar under his armpit and he couldn't breath. Keigo needed to breath and not have a panic attack in the middle of the social event that was thrown probably for the news he just heard but the Commission would never dare say it was because of it and Keigo sure as hell felt like throwing up.
Hawks smiled, knowing immediately that it was noticeable something is off, but none of his handlers were here to drag him aside and-. Keigo needs to calm down and breath, so he walks out of the conversation he had with one of the administration head and someone else he doesn't remember anymore and he needs to get out and breath.
Soon he is walking, and dispersing his feathers because he doesn't want the notice of them, and then he is over the toilet, emptying the little he had eaten in the event.
And Keigo could finally breath, but the emotions still whirled inside him like a typhoon, because-.
Because-
Hawk's phone pinged, sound reverberating through the empty space.
Somehow Keigo knew it was him, and so he locked the door to outside, and called his dear friend.
"Yo, nugget wings, you would never-."
"Dabi, I'm in."
"...What? Wait wait.-"
"I'm not waiting, hook me up a meeting with your dust guy the soonest you can-."
"Red.-"
"I have an actual income source too to help you and your ragtag team with clean money-."
"Keigo."
Keigo paused, breathing heavily into the speaker, and sliding down to the floor.
"What happened?"
Breath in, Breath out
"They took the last freedom of the agents, starting this year, they are setting up their own high school class and schedule. Dabi, i can't..."
"You can."
Keigo jumped in shock.
"What-."
"For the kids, you can take it, to stay there and help them see what is more, Keigo."
A long pause, of both just breathing deeply, together.
"I'm gonna set up things here, and if you get caught, i will murder you myself, you overgrown chicken."
Keigo chuckled.
"Thanks."
"I'm serious."
"I still think your flames are beautiful, so there won't be regrets on that part."
Keigo could feel the blush on the other end, and he chuckled again.
"Whatever, bye."
