Their smile. I dont even care if they're handsome or have good teeth or not, their smile should be geniune from heart. There's something veeery fishy and annoying about people who only smile with their mouth and not their eyes!

Looks have the force-pull effect in the first 7 seconds, so they matter. But by looks i dont mean genetics, i mean a groomed face and nice clothes and a friendly smile, i dont care about face features or anything. And after the first 7 seconds, it's definitely all personality. You've gotto be a magnet or you'll lose everyone after 7 seconds of flirting!
