i started today’s workout with the advent calendar today, which called for 100 side leg raises. i actually thought i could do these all in one go but had to break it up into 2 sets of 50. oh well!
then it was onto age of pandora. chapter 11 called for:
- a warm up of 330 high knees
- i chose to go with level 3 for sets, level 1 for number of push ups, so:
4 push ups, 20 side-to-side back fists, 20 lawnmowers, 4 push ups, 20 squat hold punches, and 20 overhead punches.
i feel pretty good. :D especially since yesterday’s calendar task was 40 push ups and that was pretty difficult (i broke it up into 4 sets of 10)... somehow the push ups today were easier. probably because they were in smaller sets. :)
