Naomi “SexyCyborg” Wu is a cool & interesting person.
She’s an engineer & youtuber. [LINK] She posts videos about welding things and building improvised gadgets and such. She also donates her time to all sorts of volunteer projects, like designing ppe for the pandemic, or advancing open source projects.
However, she’s most (in-)famous for being a cute nerd girl with unusually enormous boobs. She’s had ongoing problems with Youtube demonetizing her videos for being ‘too sexual’ simply because of their size, even when she is fully covered. She’s had a number of people make inappropriate comments during interviews, dismiss her as “just a pretty model” and a number of other horrible things.
There’s a number of fictional characters who fit nearly that exact mold. An unusually busty female expert who gets dismissed as a sex object. But they’re fictional. They don’t actually have any agency. They’re made as fap fodder, or mindlessly thrown together to pad a roster or what have you.. Naomi Wu is an actual human being who is actually making choices about how to live her life.
She’s an engineer, and, as an engineer, she designs her projects starting from the design constraint that she will be ogled and sexualized whether she wants it or not. A few years ago, she built a pentesting kit that fit into a pair of hollow platform shoes, that, along with a tight dress, was quite successful, banking on the fact that guards and onlookers would be distracted by her body, and wouldn’t notice some slightly bulky shoes. It worked wonders. The world is full of horny idiots.
