WHO DOES WHAT IN YOUR OTP (CHRISTMAS EDITION):
-Who wraps presents horribly and has to get help from the other: I don’t think either one of them is particularly good but like... James is not as bad as Gracie. No one is as bad as Gracie. She doesn’t have the patience for it and she doesn’t enjoy making things look all pretty anyway, and she’d honestly toss things in a bag or let her mum do it for her. I think the only way she’d ask James would be if she wanted to laugh at him trying so hard to be a composed leader and take charge of things as he does, only to expose that he’s not good at it either :p
-Who excitedly wakes up their partner on Christmas morning: After the war are they even like... excited on Christmas like that anymore? Just kidding, they probably are, I have to believe they’d all find ways to be happy again. But like, if this is non-magically-injured Gracie then she’d be up first to go running and be obnoxious and wake James up when she got back from her training. If this is magically injured Gracie, she’d probably still be the first one up but it would more be to be annoying and see James grumble about her being a morning person :-p
-Who holds the mistletoe over the both of their heads: James? I feel like between not wanting to risk kissing any of his cousins (too many weird jokes about him and Dom back in the day lol) and not wanting to accidentally watch Gracie kiss any of his cousins either (girl has weird history with too many Wotters LMAO) he would just take matters into his own hands and hold it over their heads like ‘look Wood, guess you’re stuck kissing me now’
-Who sets up the christmas lights and who holds the ladder: Uninjured Gracie would be like ‘PSSSH LADDERS? WHO NEED LADDERS WHEN WE HAVE BROOMS!!!!’ James would honestly be having to chase her around to make sure she doesn’t do anything too crazy with the decorations because she would be off like a rocket lol (or more realistically, he’s just being crazy and doing it with her)
-Who gets angry at little kids and tells them Santa isn’t real: Like I wanna say that I hope Gracie wouldn’t because her time in Umbra taught her to protect small things but IF EITHER OF THEM IS DOING IT ITS GRACIE. They would have had to lose a like, family Quidditch game for her or something (because they obviously play giant extended family Quidditch games every holiday)
-Who bails the other out of mall jail for telling kids Santa isn’t real: I feel like James got into trouble more often than Gracie. She would have broken way more rules if she hadn’t been worried about getting detention and missing Quidditch practice, but she was so she didn’t, so James gets to be the couple troublemaker :-p
