Hermes: Have you ever stolen anything?
“Yeah, I can’t answer no to that question. I’m not extremely good at following the rules, and sometimes when I really want something I’ll take it even if it’s not allowed. I do try to limit it to things that aren’t that serious, though, like cookies. When I was younger I stole a pretty nice necklace, however, I have to admit that - my dad made me return it, sadly enough.”
Jupiter: Would people say that you are intimidating or fairly approachable?
“Fairly approachable, I hope. I mean, I try to be friendly towards most people, and it’s pretty rare that you see me in a bad mood, so I don’t see why I would be intimidating. Do you find me intimidating?”

“I’m gonna break the rule and say both, but with a slight preference to the latter. It’s fun bein’ awake when everybody else is out like a light. I’m a cold-hearted nyctophiliac Slytherin, I have a reputation to keep, alright? Besides, I don’t sleep a lot to start with. Which is… probably unhealthy.”
Zeus: Are you a confident person?
“Yes. I know what I’m good at. I know who I am. And I think there’s a certain kind of strength that comes from the knowledge. I don’t go around bangin’ on about it like a cocky wanker, of course. That’s never a very smart move. The important thing is not lettin’ anyone underestimate you. -— Well, okay, maybe a little. Just to see the look on their faces when you go crush everybody else.”

“It’s an unavoidable part of life and I pity those who try to deny their selves of this fact. As long as you live an honorable life and do as well as you can to always make the right decisions, you should not fear it. Live proudly while you can.”

“My pride. I know that I am seen as arrogant and people believe that I push more than I can give but I am not afraid to do what I must to prove myself. I will continue to fight for the right to be proud of everything I do.”
Hi! So as James' player I want to say that while I admire the idea of having everyone fit his ethnicity and I also firmly believe that if at all possible, that should be the case, it honestly often isn't. We are roleplayers. We cannot create better roles with more pictures/gifs/availability for actors with the same exact make-up as Bob. I did research on that subject before getting this role and came up quite lacking in options. It's up to the roleplayers to find the best match, /but/ it's up to
casting directors to begin casting Filipino and Filipino/White actors in prominent roles. We can only work with what we're given at this time and to put unfeasible expectations on people who are trying their best and, fairly put, trying more than many /many/ roleplays out there makes it less and less likely that they will want to put this much effort into selecting similar poc matches in the future. While I agree with the premise of your idea, it's not a realistic or viable option that I can see.
If you, as the asker of that question, would like to present Filipino or Filipino/Irish actors and actresses with gifs available who would fit the age brackets, I would love to see them because I was unable to find any and it would be lovely! But if you have no other suggestions, it's not fair to ask of the mods what you could not do yourself. Furthermore, if necessary, the idea of Harry and Ginny adopting an orphaned baby post-war is neither far-fetched nor strange, and could be worked into -
the plot to allow for different POC backgrounds, although I wouldn't necessarily support white-washing in that regard because people might use it as an excuse not to use a POC actor. The point being, there are many ways the issue can be resolved that are perhaps being worked on behind the scenes and to accuse without all the facts seems rather eager to see the idea fail? Which I don't think is what you intend!
