Moreover, it is an alternative to the waterfall model. Because developing software with waterfall model becomes a one time commitment to the clients and if any changes need to be performed during the development phase, then it would create difficulties for the developers. Agile does not provide the final results of the product at the beginning. Instead, it moves to the output stage step by step since there are n-numbers of thoughts flying in client’s mind. As the time passes, the client might be involved in the development team. After completing one step, there might be the new approach and something needs to be changed or added as a new feature before moving towards the next step. It provides some advantage to team members to win the trust of the client so that it delivers an outstanding result. Managers are usually not involved in this technique and let the team do its best to deliver the product. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean that there is no manager post. His job is to maintain a team with skilled members and motivates them to increase the performance, which can be easily learned at 360digitmg.
Customer Happiness: Top most priority is the Customer happiness. After all, it is the customer who is going to use the software/product daily, so it is important to deliver a valuable and highly fined final product at the end.
Alteration: Nowadays, the market is changing dynamically and accordingly to the client's requirements. For this reason, the team should always be prepared to bring changes in the software at any level with no difficulties as per the client demand.
Time bound: Delivering an error-free and in running condition product within a short span of time should be the mindset of every individual in a team.
Live Interaction: It is the best way to convey the project details and progress. It is easier for the team members to understand and be crystal clear about the requirements of the client.
Environment: Working within full of motivated team members is important, but working around the people with full of motivation is more effective.
Behavior: Instead of adjusting and working on individual conditions which may not bring all the creativity out from each individual during the development, they should focus on how to become more effective.
Self-Contained: Team members should be organized according to the project requirements. It is better because the team decides how to approach the goal and take necessary actions.
Maintaining Pace: Working on a project, setting every day goals and trying to achieve it should be the approach of every individual member of a team. Because there is no time to waste and maintaining pace is an important task to be done.
The overall conclusion about Agile is that it is not only the future of software development but also it is the approach of every business.
