Back up early! I have learned (as I have been #agingup ) sleep is so essential for my brain to function and my body to not only run on caffeine ( though it is my habit) So... on mornings like this when I know I’m getting up early, I still try to get 6 to 7 hours despite how hard it can be. Was off the air at 11pm. Up at 8am. So not much time in between but.. I’m taking greens daily and minerals at night to relax my body. Learning about #selfcare these days it’s more important than ever.
