‘Haryana non-stop’, BJP promises Rs 2,100 for women, job guarantee for all Agniveers
With the slogan “Haryana non-stop”, BJP national President J.P. Nadda on Thursday promised a cash incentive of Rs 2,100 per month for women, continuation of the minimum support price (MSP) on all 24 crops, government job guarantee for all Agniveers retiring from the Indian Army and two lakh jobs for the youths, besides cooking gas cylinder at Rs 500 and scooter for girl students in rural areas.

Rajasthan govt announces ‘Kargil Package’ on martyrdom of Agniveers
The Rajasthan government on Monday announced a ‘Kargil Package’ for the families of martyred Agniveers in the state.
In a written reply to leader of opposition Tika Ram Jully in the Assembly on Monday, the state government announced plans to provide different facilities to Agniveers under the Kargil Package, including Rs 25 lakh cash to the widow of a martyred Agniveer, land or MIG house, government job, free education for children, FD of Rs 5 lakh for the parents, and free travel facility.

A spectacular Passing Out Parade of third batch of Agniveers was held at INS Chilka in Odisha. A total of 2,630 Agniveers, including 396 women, passed out in a post sunset ceremony reviewed by Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral R Hari Kumar.
