The Agropelter is a an ape-like creature told in tales by the lumberjacks and is found in Oregon and Maine in the Conifer Forests. The Agropelter is described as a black, ape-like creature with long and spindly arms, and a gorilla-like head. The Agropelter is said to throw branches and at unsuspecting travelers and it is said to throw them with so much force that it’s like being shot with a gun. The Agropelter always has its offspring on February 29th and they are always born in odd numbers.
