Dear Fanfiction.net Readers/AGY Fans,

I know I haven't been posting in a long, long, long time... Yes, I can see that my last update was dated November 22, 2013 which means I have failed to do my promise to update as often as I can in 2 months. 

I'm not about give you a lame-ass excuse for my slacking off. I just think I need to give some sort of reason for my writer's block and here are those:

1. I was retrenched/sacked from work.

2. As such I was depressed for a while and was incapacitated... in some way. See, I'm a writer/blogger for a certain company and had been working there for almost 2 years. I was retrenched due to the fact that the company was "downsizing". I also heard that I was sacked because of a blog I wrote a long time ago which I apparently my bosses read a few hours before the mass layoffs... so...

3. I saw a few critical comments (not bad ones just constructive criticisms) and somehow it all piled up and I just didn't want to write anything creative anymore thinking 'I'm just a bag of old peanuts, I'm not really THAT good... Maybe I should just stop..."

4. As you may have noticed from this Tumblr blog, I did not stop writing, really. I had been contributing weekly movie round ups on Manila Coconuts and have been blogging A LOT on my WordPress blog. I was also looking for another job so I was actually really busy during the past two months.

5. You and I both know that there had been soooo many developments over at JacksGap and Digital Natives Studios that it's just so hard to keep up now. At some point I had thought about including the Rickshaw Run in AGY's development and near-end-chapters but it would ruin the timeline I have set for all the characters... Also, I hope you noticed this, but Jack and Finn and even Will had grown so fast in the past two months... They're like different people now! Way, way different than the characters I have based the whole story on over a year ago... So it was very difficult to pick up where I started. 

6. I decided to go on a gap year... or month. I was on a gap month.

So, those are the reasons why I haven't updated AGY or even The Problem With Waves yet. The stats are still up despite my silence and I was actually so surprised that people like YOU continued to check on updates and new story stuff...

So thank you.

I swear I'll finish this story. I'm currently working on the penultimate and final chapters so please, please, hang in there.

I knooow, I knoooow, Chapter 44 is taking too long!

But here's the thing, it's actually finished!! Chapter 44 is done, I'm just finishing up Chapter 45 so I can post them together. 

Here's a sneak peak of Chapter 44:

It was raining so had when they got to the hotel that Casey's white tunic stuck to her body like a sheet of thin tissue. She was laughing, and so is Jack. There's something so precious about driving in the rain. To Casey it felt so liberating, so real. But she stopped giggling when she saw Jack climbing down from the motor and walking towards her. His white v-neck was completely wet and has outlined every bit of his toned torso. Holy crap, someone's winning the wet t-shirt contest...

Jack was smiling as he tried to fix his floppy, wet hair. "So that happened!" He said, grinning like a kid. Casey looked down on her feet and tried so hard not to look at the two little nipples and the hard earned 8 packs before her. "Yeah," she can feel her cheeks burning like freshly baked bread. "We gotta get changed, come on!" Jack said as he put his arm around her shoulders and led her towards the elevators.

Chapter 45 is a lot more Jasey goodness and I swear it's making me suuuper excited! I promise to post it next week. What do you guys think?

Also, for those who have been reading this a long time, know that The End is super near and I want to thank you for sticking around. It's all going to end at Chapter 50, that's for sure. I'm just hoping I'd give you an ending you'll like. Here's the catch though, I will be posting a different story outline on Fanfiction.net and it'll be a bunch of one shots based on AGY. Let me know through my ask about what one shots and POVs you wanna see! The sky is the limit!

5 Reasons: Fanfiction.net Vs. Wattpad.com

So after a few months of testing the waters on Wattpad.com, I decided to just put all my fanfiction on Wattpad (there's just one) and just focus on Fanfiction.net because I found out that:

1. There are too many fanfictions on Wattpad. LOL, Not that there's less on Fanfiction.net it's just that it's too much of a crowded place for me.

2. Fanfiction.net have better readers, trust me on this. I think what I like most about it is that it's a community of good writers and readers. They don't write for the sake of writing. Readers don't read for the sake of reading. They leave good reviews, they take time to study the characters and delve deep into the story... Wattpad, for me, seems like a mountain of stories that does not even make sense to me.

3. While Wattpad is a very attractive site (very much, I can say, as the UI is very easy to use, actually easier to use than Fanfiction.net), I like Fanfiction.net's simplicity. I think it's more organized, more quality-driven and a lot more easier to work with, actually... once you've gotten the hang of it.

4. I like the email support fanfiction.net provides more than wattpad's emailing system.

5. I've formed a really good, solid fan base on Fanfiction.net that I want to cherish and nurture and love and support. I can't do that if I'm thinking about Wattpad all the time. It sucks that I have more readers on Fanfiction.net but they only get one or two updates from me every week while I've been slaving away on stories for my Wattpad account. It's just not fair and healthy..

  So, if you've been following me on Wattpad then I'm really sorry, but you can still read my stuff on Fanfiction.net anyways! I'll use my Wattpad account to read original stories and some fanfictions as well.

AGY Update: New Reviews!

I now have 19 reviews for AGY, and I am soo happy! It's not that bad for a first time fanfic writer, eh? Anyways, a lot of you have been asking for the next chapter (because the previous one was such a cliff hanger) and I'm still working on it... I've been very busy lately with church and work and so many other things that I can't really promise to post it soon. But I swear i'll post 3 chapters (or more) to make up!

Again, thank you so so so much for all the reviews and follows and tweets and messages on Tumblr, Twitter and Fanfic,net... It means so much to me and I feel sooo happy every time I see numbers on my traffic graph.
